Announcement for one smart key (electronic key) for vehicles produced after January 2023

We usually provide 2 smart-keys (electronic key + mechanical key) with vehicle at the time of delivery

However, due to the shortage of semiconductor parts, production is suspended from November 2022.

For this reason, some models (listed at below) are delivered with one smart key (electronic key + mechanical key).

Crown, Prius, Camry, MIRAI, RAV4, Harrier, bZ4x, CH-R, Alphard, Vellfire, Granace, Noah, Voxy, Land Cruiser-300, Land Cruiser Prado.

We will start delivering the second smart key sometime in 2025 to customers who have purchased vehicles after January 2023.

We are doing our best to handover second key to the customer as soon as possible
